Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
This is an innovative apprenticeship to support you in becoming a property professional.
You'll work in both sales and lettings, building up your knowledge and expertise in both areas helping you to deliver a brilliant customer experience all while working towards your Customer Service Practitioner level 2 apprenticeship.
Not only will you be supported by your line manager, you'll also be allocated an experienced buddy, attend training with our Learning and Development team, and have your own dedicated training officer from our training provider.
This is a 14 month fixed term apprenticeship and as you move through the programme you'll be given more and more responsibilities. On successful completion of the programme you'll move into a permanent role as a Negotiator.

The market is competitive so we need someone that is highly energetic and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. A typical day can include customer contact and feedback, conducting viewings, supporting the move in process, assisting with business generation activities and general administration activities.
Requirements and prospects
The industry is fast paced, lively and a lot of fun. To be success you will need to be:
- Professional, positive and enthusiastic
- Have a desire to meet and exceed targets
- Able to work on your own as well as in a team
- In possession of a full UK driving licence
- A self-starter with a 'can do' attitude
- A great communicator and able to build relationships
GCSE Maths and English at Grade C minimum is required (or equivalent)
