Anchura Partners is a unique financial services consultancy with offices in London and Farnborough.

We require an Office Administration Assistant to provide day-to-day support to the Operations, Sales and Recruitment teams.

  • Answering incoming calls and emails
  • General administrative duties
  • Uploading information to databases
  • Dealing with queries from internal teams
  • Maintaining internal systems/databases
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Booking meeting rooms, restaurants
  • Reconciling credit card expenses
  • Meeting and greeting of guests
  • Organising printing for sales teams as required
  • Supporting the Events team as required
  • Maintain Asset Register
  • Ad hoc duties as required by the business

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Office experience useful but confident school leaver will be considered
  • Reliable and confident
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Good telephone manner

Qualifications required
