The successful applicants will work as part of a team in the office where you will undertake a range of duties for example:

  • General post duties including dealing with incoming and outgoing post and Special Delivery.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls from members of the public and other organisations, on occasions this will include face to face contact.
  • Photocopying, filling, faxing and scanning.
  • Ensure electronic records are kept up-to-date (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word).
  • Working with Microsoft Excel for the purpose of maintaining, checking and updating data on spreadsheets.
  • With training, inputting and maintaining data on relevant databases.
  • Production of letters.
  • Attend meetings e.g. Team Meetings and Professional Meetings, take and type up minutes. (Includes room preparation and arranging refreshments as necessary.
  • Manage the administration of meetings (to include room booking and  sending out invitations).
  • Preparing packs of information to be sent out.
  • General word processing and document production, including proof reading and formatting.
