Our digital platforms for clients need to be amazing and that requires smart and creative developers who aren't afraid to use technology to try new things. We’re growing, and need a Web Development superstar to join our team creating .NET web applications for clients. Whether it’s a bespoke web application or integrating APIs and 3rd party platforms, you’ll have to have a passion for learning and finding out the best way to do it. Not to mentioned, you'll be trained by some of the best and gain experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C# and SQL.

As an Apprentice Web Developer, your job includes:

  • Deliver best-in-class HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript front-end code for multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, including smartphones and tablets
  • Build and maintain .NET web applications
  • Develop and implement web content management systems
  • Create, integrate and maintain web applications with client systems and 3rd party APIs
  • Write and maintain unit tests for the platform code and functionality

  • An understanding of web design principles and Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
  • Experience of .NET web development technologies
  • Experience working within the Visual Studio environment and Git source control
  • Experience of MS SQL Server database manipulation
  • Understanding of the benefits of continuous integration
  • Understanding of responsive websites

Qualifications required

If you think this is for you you’ll need to hold at least five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including Maths, English and IT / Science.
