Reporting to the Office Manager Responsibilities would include:

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Booking travel
  • Booking meeting rooms and associated catering
  • Managing the kitchen and reception area
  • Organising in-house refreshments for meetings
  • Helping with the organisation of lunchtime seminars
  • Dealing with the production of printed presentation materials
  • Ordering and controlling stationery supplies and assisting the office manager and other admin team members as required

  • 4 x GCSE A*-C (or equivalent number) English & Maths or equivalents
