  • We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Environmental Services Operative to join our team based in Bradford on a full-time contract lasting 2 years.
  • As an Apprentice Environmental Services Operative you will be working with our Environmental Services Team.
  • You will learn about carrying out grounds maintenance and associated works to the Company’s Schemes and adjoining areas and in the fallow months carrying out community based duties and minor repair / maintenance programs as instructed.
  • You will be working towards a Level 2 Horticultural vocational qualification as part of your apprenticeship.
  • Previous experience is not necessary as training will be provided, but some work experience would be beneficial to this role.

  • You should be fit and able to undertake strenuous tasks.
  • Some knowledge or experience of gardening would be advantagious

Qualifications required

  • Maths and English GCSE grades D or better or their equivalent.
  • Applicants would be expected to complete a Shipley College skills assessment to support their application.
