As an Apprentice Administrator, you will join an existing team and help to provide a quality service. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administration support to the sales team, customer service and after sales team
  • Checking prices of competitors and adding products to the website
  • Answering the telephone and filing
  • Any other task that seems reasonable at the time

Labfax is a growing company, there is lots of career progression in various areas of the business including web marketing and service team co-ordination. There is also the possibility of residential sales training on completion of the apprenticeship programme if required.

  • As part of the Business Administration apprenticeship, the successful applicant will need to attend an induction sessions plus a literacy/numeracy diagnostic at a County Training centre. They will also need to attend Functional Skills tests, learn about Employer Rights and Responsibilities plus document Personal Learning and Thinking Skills throughout their programme. We also offer some short courses which are free for our level 3 learners to attend.
