Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Covering busy reception desk
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Acting as a host to clients - offering them drinks etc
  • Answering phones, taking messages and dealing with simple queries
  • Dealing with incoming / outgoing post and managing deliveries, incl. tracking any orders
  • Providing administrative support to other departments
  • Ensuring a clean and tidy office / reception area
  • General ad-hoc duties - filing, scanning, correspondence
