This role provides this support either by working as part of a team or on a one-to-one basis, the post holder supports the individual with autism to live the life they choose.

This could either be in an NAS school, a registered home, a supported living scheme, a day centre or in the community.

GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths, grade C or above.

Training provider

Quest Training will provide the relevant training and support for the Level 3 CYPW qualification, which features:

  • Level 3 vocational qualification.
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT.
  • Employment rights and responsibilities.
  • Personal learning and thinking skills.

An assessor will visit the apprentice every 4-5 weeks, offering support and training for the duration of the course.
