Atlas Hotels is looking for a Hospitality/Guest Service Assistant (GSA).

  • Meet and greet guests at our hotel in a friendly, professional and confident maner as you are the first point of contact.
  • Being the person who makes our guests feel welcomed and pleased with their choice of accommodation.
  • Consistently delivering a great guest experience.
  • Communicating with guests and showing pride in the hotel.
  • Deal with any concerns or complaints rectifying these with the help of a supervisor.
  • Serving at the bar.
  • Preparing breakfast.
  • Taking reservations .
  • Ensuring our housekeeping and maintenance teams are aware of any issues.
  • Juggling other tasks and turning your hand to many different things.

Qualifications required

  • Grade C Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) is desirable although Functional Skills are available in these areas to complete the framework.
