Our Client provides local IT support services for small businesses and home workers, specialising in networks of up to 30 users. Their support services include educating their customers so that they can embrace new technology and maximise the potential of their IT.

They are seeking an IT Support Engineer, whom will be performing 1st line support to small businesses and consumers within the Richmond area. This is a field engineering position, so substantial travel within the borough is a requirement. 

KEY DUTIES –   

  • Providing IT support to customers in the local Richmond area
  • Gaining experience in a wide variety of IT support roles including server installation and cloud-based solutions
