Duties include:

  • To support in software, web and social media activities with duties including:
  • Maintainence of websites, ensuring they are working and connectivity is good 
  • Adding of content and updating of websites when required
  • Supporting in the upkeep of software the business uses, ensuring this is available for the business and team to use.
  • Support in the creation, updating and blogging of the businesses social media sites
  • General customer service to clients via telephone and email
  • Supporting in the packing and sending of products to clients when required

In store ems tech have dedicated staff for sales and enquires; alongside professional tech engineer's with an onsite tech repair centre. was formed to provide the facility to customers worldwide to purchase goods and services from the comfort of their own home or on the go. Ems tech originally provided only repair services for electronics (such as smart phones, tablets, PC's, desktop's and laptop's); but have now expanded to provide a variety of new services. Training provider

The structured part of your apprenticeship training will be provided by JBC Skills Training, we are a specialist technical IT training provider.

The training includes desktop support, networking, and specialist training on Microsoft products, both applications and systems. The apprenticeship will give you opportunity encompassing skills in PC Hardware and Peripheral devices, IT Systems Support, Networking and Internet products.

You will also learn on-the-job, working as an apprentice alongside experienced colleagues.
