The Old Bakehouse Tea Room based in Ruddington are looking for support within the business and wish to recruit a passionate apprentice who will be working in a friendly and supportive team.

Typical tasks that you will be fully trained and supported to do:

  • Food preparation including sandwiches and salads
  • Producing starters and desserts
  • Maintain an efficient use of food resources
  • Prepare, operate and clean specialist food preparation and cooking equipment
  • Set up and close the kitchen
  • Responsible for cleaning and maintain work area
