Day to day duties will include:

  • Handling customer enquiries on the telephone and via email
  • Sorting out logistical issues including liaising with drivers and customers
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Taking orders, looking at gaps in customer orders and aiming to increase orders
  • Understanding of different ordering systems
  • Invoicing customers through various electronic systems
  • Data inputting and development of spread sheets

Responsibilities will increase as level of performance increases and the company will support you in branching out into different areas depending on your interest.

Driver required due to location (free parking on site).
