Chartwell Hospital is an independent Diagnostic and Imaging Centre.  We provide diagnostic and day stay services including consultations, minor day case surgery, investigations, scans and x-rays for adult patients which are unrivalled in the local area.

We welcome both private and NHS referrals from GPs and other Allied Health Professionals. We are a recognised NHS Treatment Centre and receive NHS referrals for our services.

Our aim is to offer patients accessible, efficient care of the highest quality throughout their journey at Chartwell Hospital).

Role highlights:

May involve some lifting, so will need to be physically fit. Full UK driving license will be required as individual will be required to run errands, dropping and collecting things between the homes.

  • Greeting customers when they arrive and answering general enquiries.
  • Answering emails, phone calls and the taking and relaying of messages to staff members.
  • Processing and filing incoming mail.
  • Monitoring and sorting of stock.
  • You will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication.
  • Sales order processing.
  • Filing.
  • Sending of daily invoices.
  • Sending of monthly statements.
  • Customer file maintenance.
  • Upkeep of proof of delivery database.
  • Input of sales invoices.
  • Help with new customer and obtaining references.
  • Ad hoc duties.
  • Full training given.

Apprenticeship Highlights:

You will gain a nationally recognised qualification in Business Administration at Level 2. As part of your Apprenticeship you will learn how to:

  • Organise activities calendars.
  • Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
  • You will receive onsite training with an award winning training provider.
  • Learn life skills.

You’re learning and Development will be supported by your own Vocational Learning Advisor who will guide you throughout your Apprenticeship.
