Key responsibilities:

This is a unique opportunity to learn the basics of becoming an expert in executing digital and social PR campaigns.

You will work in a team of six-eight specialist individuals which caters for the needs of a diverse range of B2B, technology-focussed clients.

With the support of the team’s Digital Account Lead, you will become responsible for the day-to-day running of clients’ social feeds. You will support the team in the delivery of lead generation campaigns, content curation and community management activities.

You will take time to stay on top of the latest social media and digital trends and help to develop and grow Whiteoaks’ digital approach by building relationships with key industry players and influencers.

Required Skills:

You will have a genuine interest in social media, digital and PR and be eager to start your career within a B2B environment at one of the country’s leading consultancies.

You will be able to demonstrate superb written and oral communications and have evidence of successful team projects as well as scenarios where you have taken individual ownership of a project which has required effective planning and implementation.

You will be a skilled administrator with impeccable planning and execution of tasks to deadline.

Personal qualities

An enthusiastic and professional attitude and commitment to learning new skills.

Qualifications required

Someone with ideally 3 GCSE grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English.

Future prospects

92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programmes offer on-going development tracks.

  • 13-15 months

Approximately 12% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 8% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
