This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic person interested in leather, interiors, design and luxury finishes. We have an immediate opportunity to fill and would welcome enquiries from anyone interested who are ideally situated to work from our London Whitechapel office.

Duties:

  1. Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering and transferring calls to the relevant person. You will be the first point of contact for Alma therefore a friendly approach at all times.
  2. Ensuring all visitors sign in the book. Acknowledge what they are enquiring about and direct them to the relevant area.
  3. Sales admin work including entering data onto excel and using ACT crm programme.
  4. Sending emails.
  5. Ordering stationery/consumables when necessary. Monitor and maintain office equipment.
  6. Making sure deliveries/collections are directed to the right person.
  7. Assisting with preparing samples when required.
  8. Booking travel and accommodation when necessary.
  9. Filing and admin tasks.
  10. Preparing tea/coffee for visitors when necessary.
  11. Keeping the reception area tidy and meeting room presentable.
  12. Providing reports to the Managing Director.

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am -6pm

Qualifications required

C or Above in Maths and English. You must be eligible to work in the UK. You must be able to speak English fluently. You must be currently living within a commutable distance of this vacancy.

Future prospects

Full-time opportunity may be available if the candidate excels in the role. Higher level Apprenticeship available following successful completion of the initial Apprenticeship.
