Administrator/Receptionist for busy legal firm - main duties to include

  • Handling all telephone calls for the Company
  • Greeting clients attending at our offices
  • General office administration
  • Supporting incoming documents, invoices and data input.
  • General office administration.

There would be a future position available to the successful candidate who completed the 12 months apprenticeship programme.

We currently have Staff parties/trips twice a year varying in locations and activities. The Senior administrator will be the apprentices mentor and line manager throughout the duration of the course. The apprentice will be sat in a Group of people within the same team and job role.
