We are seeking talented individuals who can work across a number of processes supporting the C&ORC Investment Bank team.

In addition to the exciting challenges from your day-to-day role, successful candidates will be provided classroom based training on a variety of technical and behavioural topics. You will also work towards acquiring the Risk in Financial Services qualification which is recognised across the industry.

A normal day would include:

  • Attending team meetings to discuss current projects and daily work streams
  • Assist in updating the operational risk framework and methodology
  • Assuming responsibility for monthly operational reporting to the Operational Risk Committees.
  • Provide Operational Risk training to compliance staff
  • Help to drive regional implementation of the relevant frameworks and initiatives
  • Assist in providing training within the Investment Bank on framework related initiatives and requirements

What you could go on to do:

  • Completing this apprenticeship would allow you to move onto a Level 6 apprenticeship building on your knowledge and skills in Compliance & Operational Risk and allow you to complete a Diploma in Investment Compliance

How you will be supported:

  • Full training and support will be provided by our expert training and assessment staff at The Skills Company
  • Onsite support will be provided by your line manager, team, mentor and HR.

Qualifications required
