A fantastic opportunity is available to enter the exciting world of catering as an Apprentice Chef at one of the Isle of Wight's most prestigious hotels.

Kitchen duties to include:

  • Preparation of food
  • Learning how to cook dishes across the whole menu
  • Cleaning the kitchen 
  • Ensuring safe and hygienic working practises.

You will need to have good communication skills and be willing to work towards your qualification.
