Their clients are at the heart of all Invoco do and they are now looking to add to their team of technical experts by recruiting an IT Support Apprentice.

Duties:

You will be working alongside existing staff and be mentored and trained to carry out the following duties:

  • Dealing with customers enquiries and support issues
  • Troubleshooting and correcting issues
  • Guiding customers through initial setup
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties on projects when required
  • Working as part of a small support team

  • 5 GCSE's A-C grades, including Math's and English or equivalent

Future prospects

Upon completion of the programme, there are real progression opportunities available. Along with your employer, you may decide to progress onto our Level 4 programme and take your training even further.

Things to consider

The Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): From April 2017 the ANMW was set at £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
