    7.30am until 4.00 pm Tuesday to Friday. Monday is either 1 day or half a day at college depending on prior qualifications in maths and English. When fully trained and competent, there maybe be some weekend work required.

On a day to day basis your role will be busy and varied and will see you serving customers at the trade counter as well as answering incoming telephone enquiries.

You will also assist in duties such as:

  • Stock control
  • Ordering
  • Picking and distribution
  • You must also ensure that the trade counter is clean and presentable at all time and is well stocked and merchandised
  • It goes without saying that you would work as part of the team to undertake any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain a qualification and good grounding in customer service whilst learning about products supplied to the building trade. The company will also pay for a fork lift driving licence.
