  • To support administration functions in the Technical team.
  • To ensure that customer expectations are met through the provision of timely and efficient services.
  • This apprenticeship role will be an opportunity to learn and develop all the necessary skills to become a competent administrator with the potential to make service and processing improvements.
  • In this role you will be expected to maintain excellent working relationships with all members of staff.
  • A key element of your role will be supporting the technical team by answering hunt group overflow calls and raising cases so customers can receive call backs.
  • You will ensure that customer service is maintained to the highest standard at all times when supporting the senior technical administrator and coordination of site visits.
  • Answer external telephone calls, transferring them and logging the relevant details on NetSuite as necessary in line with company standards.
  • Administer MCS paperwork.
  • Document Scanning.
  • Support senior technical administrator in every aspect to ensure role can be covered during annual leave etc.
  • Produce accurate minutes for process meetings.
  • To participate in the company’s PDR process.
  • To undertake relevant staff development/training.
  • Ad-hoc support helping Admin, Design and Distribution during the summer months.

You should advise the Technical Manager of your personal development needs and training requirements.
