  • Provide the Finance team with finance and administrative support
  • Daily review of incoming post and central emails
  • Print supplier invoices and code to appropriate cost centre
  • Assist with entering financial transactions primarily supplier invoices
  • Assist in processing supplier invoices
  • Assist in credit control when required
  • Assist other functions of the business to gain further knowledge
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 applications such as Outlook, Word etc.
  • Ability to communicate on any issues and findings
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills

Qualifications required

  • Must have achieved GSCE’s or equivalent ( 5  or more A-C graders) including Maths and English
