Key Responsibilities:

  • Working within a small software development team which includes developers and testers using an agile development methodology.
  • Working alongside and be able to learn from experienced professionals - you will experience the different stages of the software development lifecycle – understanding requirements, defining solutions and developing, testing and deploying software.
  • Taking part in team meetings and activities which include agile planning, daily stand-ups, demos and retrospectives.
  • Work with different technologies in the Microsoft stack including .NET and SQL.
  • Learn how to use Microsoft’s TFS; learn how to use manual and automated testing techniques; and how to build and deploy software in a commercial organisation.
