An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hardworking enthusiastic individual to work within an administration setting. The ideal candidate will be working within a small, close knit and friendly team, supporting all departments within the business.

Key responsibilities will include:  Creating customer sales and website orders, maintaining and updating marketing database information and organising customer mail shots, completing Service Engineer work reports, filing and booking Engineer site visits.

Day to day contact will be with Beckie Armstrong and Rachel Cliff

Qualifications required

GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths.

Things to consider

Office based Apprenticeship. The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

About the employer

We have 3 arms to our business. Health Care Services is our wholesale distribution business which delivers a wide range of consumables and nursing equipment into care homes. Health Care Servicing provides service engineers who service, repair, LOLER test and maintain a wide range of nursing equipment in care homes and in the community. Health Care Mobility is a retail outlet which provides assistive technology to help people stay living at home independently and safely.
