Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting data
  • Administrative duties including, but not limited to; filing, photocopying, scanning etc
  • Ensuring that telephone calls are handled within agreed company service levels
  • Excellent record keeping and organisational skills
  • Dealing with urgent work with confidentiality
  • Supporting other team members
  • Working with excel
  • Speaking to customers / suppliers
  • Other ad-hoc admin
  • You will also support other departments on an ad-hoc basis

The position requires a team player with excellent communication and numeracy skills who is very well organised. You must be able to prioritise your work load, completing tasks within agreed timescales, work well under pressure and always have a positive approach. Be able to anticipate what is needed and take appropriate action. You need to be confident in what you are doing and be able to work on own initiative.
