Duties include:

  • Handling both calls and emails.
  • Handling Live Chat and Multi Media Social sites.
  • Performing within set target boundaries.
  • Use of local CRM to update order information accurately.
  • Liaising with Finance/Technical support team to resolve queries.
  • Managing customer expectations to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Providing general admin support to supervisors and manager.

Future prospects

The company has been undergoing a period of growth. Whilst there is no formal progression program the company regularly promotes from within and allows members of staff on completion of their apprenticeship to transfer to different departments should they wish to develop in other areas.
