Administration Apprentice Euro-Fit Systems Limited
Eurofit Systems are looking to expand their administration team as part of an on-going business development process; we are looking to recruit someone to assist with the day to day running of the various departments within the company.

The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
The role is primarily to assist the sales team various tasks including, telephone and email enquiries, reception, order input and allocation, customer service and database entry.
Assist other members of the marketing department to develop the online arm of the business.
Covering other department during holidays.
Help operate the live-chat feature of the website, providing support and information to our customers in a timely manner.
The role has a high potential for development, successful candidates are likely to take on a variety of further duties depending on their preference, including; accountancy and purchasing.
Requirements and prospects

- Confident with all MS Office products
- Ability to work independently

- A helpful and friendly approach is essential
- Willingness to go that extra mile and succeed within Administration
- You must have good communications skills
Maths and English GCSE Grade C, or above (or equivalent) is desired.
Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft/Website would be an advantage.

BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Business and Administration (QCF)
A combined qualification, which incorporates competence and knowledge
Assessed through portfolio evidence in the workplace
A Combined (Competence and Knowledge) qualification is a work-based qualification that combines competence and technical knowledge to give learners the practical competencies, technical skills and sector-related knowledge they need to be able to carry out a job effectively.
English Level 1

Information and Communication Technology Level 1
Day release may be required for training - Assessed through external test
20% Additional off the job training - Must be at least 20% of the time; is paid and outside the normal day-to-day working duties. It can include: Theory teaching, Practical training (e.g. shadowing, mentoring, industry visits, attendance at competitions) Learning support, Writing assignments/assessments.
The candidate will be allocated an individual assessor with regular "on the job" visits with additional support available where required.
