Duties include:

  • To Maintain the integrity and goodwill of the cafe at all times
  • Preparing food to a high standard
  • Presenting food in an attractive and consistant manner
  • To control portion sizing 
  • To manage waste effectively
  • To carry out daily cleaning duties in order to maintain the kitchens cleanliness
  • To be able to commicate well and work effectively with a strong team of people
  • Work well under pressure and deliver good standards at all times
  • Ensure customer service is exceptional by delivering the best quality of food at all times
  • Maintain excellent food, safety and hygiene skills
  • Assist in dish washing area
