Duties to include:

  • To provide general office and clerical services.
  • To deal with the daily post.
  • To deal with diary management and the booking of meeting rooms.
  • To attend staff meetings for communication and training purposes.
  • Completing office based tasks such as photocopying, file management, preparing Court bundles, faxing, filing papers physically and electronically on to Client files and managing the stationery needs of the Department
  • Covering Front of House as and when required
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering the telephone
  • Hand delivering post, DX deliveries and deliveries between the three Jackson Canter offices
  • To recognize and promote the Company Equal Opportunities Policy
