Your roles and duties will be:

  • Dealing with customers face to face is a very large part of this role - at the pharmacy they pride themselves in treating all customers like part of the family it is important the you can learn to chat to all customers .
  • You will be tidying and maintaining general areas.
  • There will be a requirement to learn about all products and how to assist customers.
  • You will use the till system and speak with customers occasionally over the telephone.
  • Face to face customer service

Things to consider

On feet all day need to have a good customer service focus. The Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): From April 2017 the ANMW was set at £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
