Duties to include:

  • Dealing with queries from children, parents and staff.
  • Filing, photocopying and other clerical tasks.
  • Data entry for attendance, school dinners, etc.
  • Assisting in the clerical arrangements for trips / events.
  • Accompanying classes on trips / events.

Qualifications required

There may be the possibility of a future position for a suitable candidate upon completing the apprenticeship.

Things to consider

Full DBS will be required due to working with children. Pay increase and potential position at the end of August 2018 are also open for discussion. It’s a very fast paced environment so you need to be able to show initiative and think on your feet!

About the employer

We are a two form entry Junior School located in Hale. We have 280 children on role here and employ approximately 25 members of staff. We’re a really friendly school and take a team approach to everything.
