The successful apprentice will be working within a busy finance based office supporting the team with administration tasks.

The role will include:

  • Management of new business submissions.
  • New business file.
  • Client reviews.
  • Back office system.
  • Credit referencing tools to business clients comprising of banks and lenders.
  • Managing client details and correct settings.
  • Responding to internal requests for information from Managers.
  • Evaluating requests and identifying urgent cases.
  • Creating process flows.
  • Regularly managing the team diary.
  • Scheduling meetings with other teams.

Requirements and prospects

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.

Qualifications required

  • The successful candidate must have achieved GCSE at Grade C or above in both Maths and English (or equivalent).

Things to consider

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour from 1st April 2017. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
