Duties/ Responsibilities
This is a junior role with a mix of marketing and business administration responsibilities, which include:
•    Scheduling and managing social media posting
•    Update and maintain company website product listings
•    Responding to customer queries by telephone and email
•    Drafting blog postings and product descriptions for approval
•    Assisting with digital photography and editing for product images for our website
•    Picking, packing and despatching online orders and handling returns
•    Assisting other departments with administrative duties

Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A*- C Grade or equivalent
(Including Maths & English, predicted grades acceptable for School Leavers)

Future prospects

92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.

Employer Description This is an independent, well-established, quality clothing business. The business has expanded from two to eight stores all located in prime, high street positions and recently launched online sales. Further growth is forecast over the next 12 months.

Training provider

Approximately 12% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 8% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
