Key Operational Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and Outbound Call managing for both Sales and Lettings.
  • Registering and qualifying applicants to establish their requirements and financial circumstances, coordinating bookings, valuations and viewings for customers, plus processing property management queries.
  • Entering detailed and sufficient notes of conversations with tenants, landlords, Vendors and purchasers.
  • Managing online enquiries from portals and from Leaders websites.
  • Taking and passing on detailed and precise notes for branches.
  • Data mining.
  • Working with Partner companies such as Home Wise, Lifetime Legal, and mortgage advice Bureau for designated work tasks.
  • Ad hoc duties designated by your line managers.
  • Training courses to further experience and knowledge Branch visits.

Training provider

Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role.

In addition, training will also be provided towards the Apprenticeship in Customer Service through either in-house delivery or centre based delivery.

The Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship consists of the following:

  • Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard in Customer Service Practitioner.
  • Technical certificate in Customer Service Level 3
  • Functional Skills in Literacy and Numeracy (If Required)
