Your main daily task is to monitor calls to ensure our consultants adhere to our script, rules and procedures set out by our regulator Tenet Line.

In addition to call monitoring, your other duties include file checks, dealing with investigations linked to potential complaints. Delivering constructive feedback to consultants. Working alongside the training towards the business? Department to implement any changes in rules.

About the employer

Roxburgh are a financial services provider multiple clients in a mostly telephone based sector. They deal with clients throughout the UK from all different backgrounds to help them arrange their protection such as life insurance, income protection. They also have a mortgage department and investments/pensions department. They have a busy office environment dealing mostly online and on the phone. They are a very friendly and welcoming office with people of different ages and backgrounds. The apprentice would be mentored by the administration manager and the role would be to join the administration team working within the main office.
