  • Refreshing the P.O.S wall offers weekly.
  • Meet and greet customer coming into the shop.
  • Be first point of contact for customers. i.e. walk-in customers, telephone enquiries, website enquiries.
  • Data entry on to company CRM and Office Software.
  • Answering telephone.
  • Retrieve information for renewal customers.

Progression onto level 3 qualification after completion of level 2. A great opportunity for a full time position with the company after completion of all qualifications.
