  • Gain all-round knowledge and understanding within our Direct Mail and Print site - specific areas include estimating, planning, sales, account management and production.
  • Develop an understanding of our customer needs and demands.
  • Provide support to colleagues on specific projects.
  • General administrative duties relating to the apprentice scheme and department needs.
  • Complete training and projects to time and to the appropriate standard.

Qualifications required

Training provider

  • Level 3 Business and Administration

Approximately 3% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 17% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
