We are looking to recruit dedicated individuals who want to take part in our exciting new Apprenticeship programme. As long as you are 18 years or over, have completed (or are within three months of completing) the first year of a relevant course for your chosen trade, and  live in the  London Borough of Barnet . Working alongside our specialist staff and contractors on site, you will gain a range of experiences to help you in achieving your qualification.

Duties include:

  • First fix site carpentry
  • Second fix site carpentry
  • Contributing to productive working practices
  • Conforming to heallth and safety requirements while on site
  • Setting up and using  transportable cutting and shaping equipment.

Things to consider

Must live in the London Borough of Barnet. You need to be 18 years or over (due to Health and Safety reasons), Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): As from October 1st 2016 the National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.40 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
