Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join the busy team as an apprentice in a dynamic fast growing business based in St Austell.
The successful candidate will primarily be working within the workshop and dealing with customers on a daily basis.
Duties which will include:
- Dealing with customer and supplier enquiries by telephone and email
- Communicating with internal customers via face to face, telephone and email
- Communicating with customers in the office face to face
- Raising purchase orders
- Stock control and rotation
- General administration tasks such as scanning documents, filing, photocopying, typing etc.
The Company is keen to involve the apprentice in all aspects of the Company as a whole. This will be a varied and rewarding role with good prospects for the future.
You will also be required to adhere to data protection and confidentiality procedures in relation to the work you are carrying out. This role will allow you to gain lots of practical skills and experience, develop your career and gain your apprenticeship qualification.

GCSE Maths and GCSE English at grade C or above (or equivalent) are essential for this role.
Things to consider
About the employer
You will be trained in the workplace alongside your usual duties and you will be expected to attend college one day a week or on a block release basis.
You will work towards achieving a level 2 apprenticeship in Customer Service including work based and knowledge components, an Employee Rights and Responsibilities qualification, Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS) and if required Functional Skills.
