    Wages explained

    The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
    Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
    The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

  • Customer Service – communicate with customers through both written and verbal communications
  • Sales Order Management - Use the order management system and co-ordinate sales from customers from purchase through to delivery
  • Ordering Stock and Stock Management - co-ordinate with suppliers such as Nike etc to order stock and manage stock
  • Manage the Product Customisation Process – manage the sales and product customisation process alongside our embroidery team

Personal qualities

Experience of working in a similar role is advantageous not essential as full training will be given. A good general knowledge of Windows is essential. Be able to work individually and as part of a team, be self-motivated and driven to succeed.

Qualifications required

GCSES Grades A-C in Maths, English and ICT or equivalent qualification is desirable

Equally a desire to learn and progress is required
