    The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
    Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
    The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

You will be asked to complete as part of your duties:

  • Reception Duties (Appointments, Bills and Retail Sales)
  • Updating Client Records
  • Assist the Designers, Managers and other colleagues
  • Keep the salon image (general cleanliness, hair swept away and fresh towels)
  • Hair Preparation (Shampooing, applying treatments, head massage, colour and washing off)
  • Serving Drinks to the Clients.

Working week: 5 Days per week (2 weeks Tuesday-Saturday and third week Monday-Friday)

Monday - 9.45am to 5.15pm

Tuesday - 9.45am - 5.15pm

Wednesday - 9.45am -6pm

Thursday - 9.45am to 7pm

Friday - 9.45am - 7pm

Saturday 9.00am - 5.15pm
