Your key responsibilities will be to provide efficient and professional support, support to customer service team and ensure key activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Some other key activities that you will be required to do are:

  • Support customers with their enquiries and log them on the CRM.
  • Follow up warm leads from the sales team.
  • Update the CRM.
  • Answer incoming calls and support where possible.
  • Rely and send out emails.
  • Any other administration or customer services duties as and when required.
