The main responsibilities of the role will be to;

  • Ensure a professional, accurate and customer focused service is provided in the delivery of learning and development to support business needs.
  • Provide appropriate administration on a weekly basis for upcoming courses including registers, feedback forms, lunch bookings and room set up.
  • Support the Learning &Development team with administration and coordination for Learning & Development projects.
  • Maintain accurate records for all workshop attendance or non-attendance on the appropriate systems.
  • Support the team with the preparation and organisation of events such as training courses, workshops and assessment centres.

We are looking for a confident communicator with a passion for growing your career in HR/ Learning & Development. Some administration experience would be an advantage but not essential along with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Alongside this you will be competent in Microsoft Office and have GCSEs, A-C in Maths and English or equivalent.
