You will be working in a team of five people although part of a larger company of about 80 people. 

We grow a variety of herbs and Chinese vegetables and are looking to train an apprentice to become part of our friendly and relaxed team.

Your duties will vary throughout the year on this arable far.

Duties will include:

  • Tractor driving.
  • Working on irrigation of the crops, setting up an taking down the irrigation system.
  • Cultivation and topping of crops.
  • Drilling parsley and coriander
  • Maintenance of the farm machinery and tools.
  • Fencing and hedgework
  • Working in a team.
  • Attending college one day a week
