  • Working as an Administrator in our Customer Service team in Reading you will provide support to the team to ensure that our customers and potential customers are receiving excellent service from us.
  • This role means you will be in daily contact with numerous people and you can expect to develop great relationships with our internal team and also our customers by phone and email.

You will need to be proficient with the usual office software packages and good at juggling lots of tasks and priorities. A good memory and an exceptional level of attention to detail is ideal for this role.

We have a great team atmosphere and for the right candidate there is the prospect of further progression within the company as we grow. This position is available as a full time role.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word

There is a possibility of a full time position for the right candidate.

Things to consider

From the 1st April 2017 a National Minimum Wage (NMW) for apprentices has been introduced for young people aged 16-18 and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. The new rate is £3.50 per hour. The new NMW applies to time working plus time spent training as this is also part of the Apprenticeship. Anyone not covered by the age category above will be entitled to the NMW appropriate to their age.

About the employer

SwimExpert was Established in 2006, we are a small company with big ambitions. We provide one-to-one private swimming lessons for all ages, through a number of locations throughout the South of England and we’ve recently entered the swimming equipment market with our own webshop too. Our office team is based in Central Reading in lovely offices not far from the railway station and also with plenty of free parking available if you drive.
