Day to day duties:

You will report all accidents near misses and or dangerous occurrences to a member of management.

You will be using equipment that you have been fully trained or hold a licence to operate and you will also carry out each task as trained and in line with the companys Safe System of Work and Risk Assessments dictate.

Future prospects

Whilst there is no guarantee of a permanent position at the end of the 12 month programme, XPO Logistics is committed to training and developing colleagues for the future. This scheme is designed to attract the managers of the future and if you work hard, you can expect a long term career in return. If successful in securing a permanent position you can expect to earn £15,000 a year and upwards. In addition, successful apprentices are eligible to apply to the Fast Track Talent Programme which is open to all internal, non-graduate employees.
