Business Admin Apprentice daily duties:

  • To follow and complete the HCD Internal Training Procedure
  • Complete general office duties e.g. checking post, creating labels & envelopes, filing, ordering and maintaining stationary supplies
  • Document presentation including printing, binding, scanning, photocopying and filing
  • Maintain accurate electronic and manual training records & databases for the organisation
  • Deal quickly and efficiently with all learning & development enquiries, referring to Training Manager when necessary
  • Answering external calls and following the telephone policy
  • Complete training requests, training charges & certification of PA training
  • To support HCD Trainers with preparation of training materials with stock intake.
  • Monitor training reports where allocated
  • Source training where requested by the training department
  • Send out, monitor and collate evaluation forms to assist the Training Manager in improving the learning and development programme.
  • Assist the Training Manager to plan and maintain an annual timetable of learning events to meet the changing needs of the organisation
  • Liaise and communicate with other departments as and when required
  • Liaise with personal assistants and professionals as required
  • Fully participate in creative team meetings and discussions towards development, attend supervisions and appraisals
  • Respond to system and organisational changes as required
  • Undertake delegated work as directed by the Training Manager.
  • Comply with all KPI’s assigned
