  • The Electronics Group are looking to recruit 2 apprentices for an 18mth Level 2 Apprenticeship, where you would be working for an employer based in Cotgrave, Notts working alongside electronics assembly teams and building products.

Training provider

As well as the following "on the job Training"

  • Assemble products using pre-made components following company product build procedures as directed by the Workshop Supervisor
  • Soldering pre-made components together
  • Assembling component parts into housings
  • Basic programming of some component parts
  • Cleaning completed items
  • Applying finishing labels and stickers
  • Boxing and packing items where necessary.

You will spend 1 day per week studying ‘off the job’ for a L2 Diploma in Engineering Technology, covering the following subjects:

  • H&S
  • Engineering Principles and Techniques
  • Basic Electronic Theory
  • Identification and use of test equipment
  • AC safety and testing
  • Semiconductor devices
